This was my first manga I ever read and it was the best choice I ever made。This is my favorite manga I read。It is a captivating journey about this girl in high school that receives a letter from her future self about a classmate who will attempt suicide later on in his life。This has a couple diffrent trigger warning so please read on those but other than that this is a 5 out of 5 for me and will continue to read it over and over again。

From the very first chapter， I knew two things about this book:1） It was going to be a 5 stars， and2） I would probably shed tears。Both happened。What if you could change the past？Orange is the story of Takamiya Naho who， on her first day in 11th grade， receives a letter from herself ten years in the future。 As the events written in the letter come true， she has no choice but to follow the indications and try to prevent Naruse Kakeru， her new classmate， from having a terrible future。 Told mostly f From the very first chapter， I knew two things about this book:1） It was going to be a 5 stars， and2） I would probably shed tears。Both happened。What if you could change the past？Orange is the story of Takamiya Naho who， on her first day in 11th grade， receives a letter from herself ten years in the future。 As the events written in the letter come true， she has no choice but to follow the indications and try to prevent Naruse Kakeru， her new classmate， from having a terrible future。 Told mostly from the present but with scenes from the future， this heart-wrenching story features beautiful moments of friendship， love and sadness。 This is my first manga and it did not disappoint。 I've had my eye on this series for a while and I'm glad I finally picked it up。 This was an AMAZING story and you should definitely read it！The friendship that these six friends have is so pure。 Each character was so different from the other and it made the interactions very interesting。 I was surprised how developed the characters were， since it's a manga， because we didn't spend as much time in their head as a novel。 I also loved the pacing of the story。 I usually don't like slower-paced books like this one， but it made so much sense with the intrigue。 We could really see the characters' emotions and their evolution throughout the story。 As the things were revealed little by little， I just wanted to keep reading， even if it broke my heart at times。 Every volume ended on a cliffhanger and it made the story even more addictive。 I flew through it in only a few hours， and I ended up reading the second volume of the complete collection and Orange: future， an add-on， on the same day。It's hard to describe how much I loved the story and the characters。 You could feel， really feel their emotions in their words and actions。 The struggles they had， the hardships they faced， their relationships， actions and thoughts。。。 it all felt so real。 A little bit too real at times。 I'm not usually that emotional when reading， but when it gets me， it gets me。 And this one definitely got me。In manga， graphic novels or comics， the art style is a very important factor （at least， in my opinion）。 I'm so glad I liked Ichigo Takano's art style because it made the book even more enjoyable。Orange: The Complete Collection， Volume 1 contains volumes 1-3 of the original story and Orange: The Complete Collection， Volume 2 contains volumes 4-5。 。。。more
